Jessica Courte is a construction engineer and consultant specializing in residential project management and techno-legal expertise in Quebec. A graduate in architecture and construction engineering from the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), she also holds certifications PMP® (Project Management Professional) and LEED BD+C (Sustainable Buildings).
With more than six years of experience, including a position at Technorm and two years at the Office municipal d'habitation du Nunavik, Jessica has developed in-depth expertise in codes and standards, building envelope, estimating, construction site management and quality control. She is also trained in safe mold management.
In 2024, she founded Courte Consultant, an independent firm with the mission of simplifying processes, reducing risks and ensuring compliance for construction projects, through a human, rigorous and proactive approach.
Jessica is recognized for her ability to effectively coordinate stakeholders, even in demanding contexts such as projects in northern regions, as well as for her teaching skills, attentiveness and commitment to the quality of the built environment.
